REFUND POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on https://thewallarts.in/ operated by The Wall Arts.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Product Category
The Wall Arts sells physical decorative wall clocks, including:
• Metal Wall Clocks
• Backlit Designer Wall Clocks with LED lighting
All products are inspected before dispatch.
2. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
• Product received is damaged during transit
• Manufacturing defect in the clock mechanism
• Incorrect product delivered
We do NOT accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Minor color variations due to screen differences
• Improper installation
• Damage caused after delivery
• Electrical damage due to voltage fluctuation
All sales are considered final unless they fall under the eligible return conditions mentioned above.
3. Damage Reporting Timeline
Customers must report damaged or defective products within 48 hours of delivery.
To initiate a return request, email:

The email must include:
• Order ID
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of packaging
• Unboxing video (recommended)
• Description of the issue
Failure to report within 48 hours may result in rejection of the claim.
4. Return Approval
Once the request is received:
• The issue will be reviewed within 2–3 business days
• If approved, return instructions will be shared
• The product must be unused and returned in original packaging
We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet eligibility criteria.
5. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected.
If approved:
• Refund will be initiated via the original payment method through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay
• Processing time: 5–7 business days
• Actual credit timeline depends on the customer’s bank
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
If the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or transit damage, return shipping costs will be borne by The Wall Arts.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not been dispatched.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
