The Wall Arts sells physical decorative wall clocks, including but not limited to:
• Precision laser-cut metal wall clocks
• Backlit designer wall clocks with RGB LED lighting

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

We use Razorpay as our secure third-party payment gateway provider.
• All payments are encrypted and processed securely through Razorpay.
• We do not store your complete card details or CVV information.
• By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay’s applicable terms and privacy policies.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through Razorpay and may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
• Payment authorization failure
• Suspected fraud
• Incorrect pricing or technical errors
• Product unavailability
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order if not yet dispatched.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within India.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and product type. Delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control shall not make us liable for damages.
Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only in cases of:
• Transit damage
• Manufacturing defect
• Incorrect product delivered
All other sales are final.
Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned product and will be initiated through Razorpay. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to confirmed defect or damage.
